FPC Plainsmen defeat the Seward County CC Saints, 8-2

On Wednesday afternoon, the Frank Phillips College Plainsmen took advantage of solid pitching performances by Sterling Kiper, Brad Wieck, Gerald Rodriguez, and Louis Smiley and good defense to get the 8-2 win over the Seward County Community College Saints in non-conference baseball action.
The Plainsmen pitchers gave up just two runs on six hits over nine innings.
The Plainsmen jumped on top of the Saints early by scoring three runs off four hits in the bottom of the first inning.
