Sanford-Fritch comes up short in a heartbreaker

The Sanford-Fritch Eagles were the lone county team still active in playoff action this weekend. They played Colorado City in Plainview on Saturday afternoon in the 2A Division II area game. They lost in heartbreaking fashion, 21-19, in a game that went down to the wire.
Junior Andrew Reynolds started things out right for the Eagles as he returned the opening kickoff 95 yards for the score.

FPC Men improve to 9-2

The Plainsmen have improved to a 9-2 record over the Thanksgiving holiday.
On Wednesday night, they beat Wayland Baptist JV by a score of 88-74. Greg Nelson led all scorers with 18 points and 7 rebounds in the game. Earl Hill finished with 14 points and 7 rebounds and Alex Zivkovic contributed 6 points, 14 rebounds and 6 blocks.

Come out to the BHS Gym on Saturday, June 15 where Borger and Pampa alumnis will take on each other...
