Anyone who has worked in the education al system knows the area that probably sees the biggest turnover from year to year is in the members of a school district’s coaching staff.
The reason for the turnover is not always related to negative results on the playing field but many times is due to issues such as coaches just deciding to focus on teaching, going into school administration or exploring new opportunities in a different career field.
