STINNETT – James Daniel Sotelo, 35, died Monday, April 25, 2011, in Lubbock.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 108 Broadmoor in Borger with Art Tollett and Randy Lopez officiating. Graveside services will be by Raymond Gross at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
BOSTON, MA – D. Bernadine Nicholas, 91, died Sunday, April 24, 2011. A funeral service will be held 2pm, Friday, April 29 at Resthaven Funeral Home in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Bernadine Nicholas died at home on Easter morning, April 24, 2011. Mrs. Nicholas, a longtime resident of Borger, Texas, moved to Boston in September 2006. Dorothy Bernadine Nicholas was born November 11, 1919, in Hoisington, Kansas. She was the seventh child of Martin Ellis Field and Mercy Elizabeth (Wilson) Field.
AMARILLO - Meda Bonny, 98, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, April 27, 2011, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Satarday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Dr. Russell Miller of Boerne, TX officiating. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday near her birthplace in Woodston, Kan. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Meda was born March 30, 1913, in Woodston, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis in 1957 and son Keith in 1974.

Hazel Virginia Ann Riggle Fletcher, 87, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Hutchison, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in "The Garden of Love" at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Rebecca Sue King, 70, of Fritch, passed away, Monday, April 25, 2011.
Rebecca Sue (Shields) King was born Sunday, Dec. 8, 1940, in Clovis, N.M. to Henry and Susie (Walls) Shields. She married A.K. King on Sept. 28, 1956, in Clarendon. She was a nurse.
She is preceded in death by her parents.

James Felix Martin, resident of Tonkawa, Okla., passed away Friday, April 22, 2011, at his home. He was 67.
The service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at the Victory Worship Center with Pastor Rick Hughes, officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.
Mary Charles Smith left this world to be with her Heavenly Father Saturday, April 23, 2011.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Central Baptist Church in Borger with Pastor Rick Nichols officiating and Rev. John Denton with burial to follow at Highland Park Cemetery in Borger.
Lois Kimbrell, 97, of Borger, passed away, Thursday, April 21, 2011.
Lois Sally (Crouch) Kimbrell was born Sunday, February 6, 1914 in Wilson, OK to Clyde and Winnie (Hefner) Crouch. She married Roy Kimbrell in November of 1932 in Wilson. OK. She was a sales clerk for Youth Mart for 15 years and Newell Artist for 1 ½ years. Lois was a member of the First Baptist Church in Borger and volunteer and member of Opportunities, Inc.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy; one brother, Homer Crouch; and two sisters, Jo Neva Moore and Ona Zee Eades.

Dustin Athey, 3 months old, of Fritch passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2010.
Dustin Tyler Athey was born Wednesday, December 29, 2010 in Borger, TX to Johnathon Athey and Victoria Swigert.
Survivors include his parents; one brother, Trevor Mirabella; paternal grandmother, Pam Athey of Fritch, TX; four uncles and one aunt.
Cremation was entrusted to Brown Funeral Directors.
No services are planned at this time.

Lorraine Powell Johnson, 92, died Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Parks Assisted Living in Odessa.
Memorial services were held on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the First Presbyterian Church in Fort Stockton, Texas with Dr. Jim Miles officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Sunset Funeral Home in Odessa. Private graveside services will be held in Panhandle, Texas.
