September 2, 1920 – March 8, 2013
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2013 at Keeler Baptist Church in Borger with the Rev. Randy Bartley officiating, interment to follow in Westlawn Memorial Cemetery.
Kenneth Rex Riemer, 66, died Tuesday March 5 in Katy, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Grace Church with Senior Pastor Marshall Ford and Pastor Ricky Griffin of Trinity Fellowship in Amarillo officiating. Interment will follow at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Betty Jean Yeager, 81, died Friday March 8, 2013 in Borger. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the 1st Christian Church in Fritch with Rev. Sharalyn Larsen, Pastor officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.
January 6, 1940 - January 22, 2013 Major David E Thrams USAF retired (1/6/1940 - 1/22/2013) With his children close at hand, Major David E. Thrams USAF retired, peacefully passed away on Tuesday January 22, 2013. With pure grit Dad turned what should have been a short losing battle with Colon Cancer into a 2 year fight for life. David was born January 6, 1940 in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Borger High School in 1958, and was commissioned to the USAF. In Vietnam he was a combat pilot that was awarded the Bronze Star and The Distinguished Flying Cross among his many decorations.

Estela G. Gonzales, 76, of Borger, died March 2 in Amarillo.
Rosary will be said 7:00 p.m. Wednesday March 6, at Minton Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday March 7, at Minton Memorial Chapel. Cremation will be under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Eldora Brower Ford, 81, of Stinnett, Texas, was called home to be with her Savior on Sunday, March 03, 2013.
The family will receive guests at Brown Funeral Directors, 122 W. Broadway Street in Stinnett, Texas on Monday, March 4, 2013 from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. Memorial services and the celebration of Eldora’s life will be officiated by the Reverend Billy Holland and eulogy by Tim Hall at the First Christian Church, 501 Broadway, Stinnett, Texas at 10:00AM on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Burial will follow at Stinnett Cemetery in Stinnett, TX.

Arthur Alvin Waight, Jr., 85, of Borger, passed away, Thursday, February 28, 2013.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, March 4, 2013 at the First Christian Church in Borger, TX with Rev. James Stephens officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Memorial Cemetery in Borger, TX. with Local Law Enforcement Agencies Honor Guard and Masonic Rites by Unity Lode # 1242 A.F. & A.M. of Borger, TX.
