Irma Lee Whiteley

AMARILLO – Irma Lee Whiteley, 85, died Jan. 2, 2012.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012, at Llano Cemetery with Pastor Larry McKnight officiating. Arrangements are by LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Martin Road Chapel, Amarillo, TX.
Mrs. Whiteley was born on Sept. 11, 1926, in Lelia Lake to C.W. and Ida Robinette. She married James Whiteley on Feb. 9, 1946, in Amarillo, TX. Irma loved her family and friends and had a special place in her heart for her little dog “Abby.”
She was preceded in death by her parents and her two sisters.

Tommie Lou Parkhurst

Tommie Lou Parkhurst, 62, of Borger was born April 9, 1949 in Mena, Arkansas. She went to heaven to join the loved ones who passed before her on December 31, 2011 in Amarillo, Texas.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at Bible Baptist Church with Rev. Leonard Forsythe officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetary. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Carroll Buxton-Clifton

Carroll Buxton-Clifton, 73, of Borger, died Friday, December 30, 2011 at her home in Borger.
Services will be 2:00 p.m.Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at Fairlanes Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Burwash, Pastor officiating. Interment will follow in the “Garden Of Devotion” at Westlawn Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Emilio Cruz

Emilio Cruz, 80, of Borger, passed away, Thursday, December 29, 2011.
Emilio C. Cruz was born Friday, August 5, 1932 in Mexico to Emilia Cruz. He was self-employed and did a little bit of everything.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Elvira Cruz and his son, Emilio Cruz Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Trinidad Cruz; three sons, Esbardo Cruz of Pampa, TX, Jesse Cruz of Skellytown, TX and Manuel Cruz of Dalhart, TX; two daughters, Juanita Pena of Pampa, TX and Sylvia Munoz of Pampa, TX; two brothers; one sister; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
