John Whitfield, 57, of Fritch, passed away, Sunday, June 12, 2011.
John Whitfield was born Friday, May 7, 1954 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Billy Joe and Patricia (Caldwell) Whitfield. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stinnett and a member of the Meredith Gun Club & the NRA.
He is preceded in death by his father and a brother Steven Michael Whitfield
Survivors include his mother, Pat; 2 daughters, Jessica Garrett & Lance, Macheal Leasure & Brandon; 2 sons, Marc Blackwell, Ty Whitfield; 2 brothers, Darryll Whitfield, Joey Whitfield and 8 grandchildren.
David A. Parker, 65, died Sunday, June 12, 2011, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Borger. Interment will be at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
