BORGER - Clyde T. “Plunky” Durham, Jr., 78, died Nov. 13, 2011, in Amarillo, TX.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, at St. Mark CME Church in Pampa with Rev. Darren Willis, pastor of New Hope Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating.
Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa with military honors courtesy of the U.S. Army, Fort Hood, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.
Mr. Durham was born April 29, 1933, in Pampa, where he attended Pampa schools. He was employed by Hardin & Roth Service Station.
Dorothy LaVerne Anderton, affectionately known as “Grandma Dot” to so many, passed away, Friday, November 11, 2011 of natural causes.
Dorothy LaVerne (Shepard) Anderton was born Friday, May 31, 1929 in Hamlin, TX to Ray and Martha (Gray) Shepard. She was a loving wife, mother, friend and homemaker where she resided in Yukon, OK prior to her death at age 82.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Robert Hardin; and her second husband, Jerry Anderton.
