Hutchinson County Republican Chair, Mary Kay Phelan, announces the Grand Opening for the Hutchinson County Republican HQ for Sept. 4, at 9 a.m. at the former Dake's Restaurant on North Main Street. A continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. and U.S. Representative Four Price will address the audience and officially open the headquarters for business at 9 a.m. All Borger residents are invited to attend.
