New officers were installed on Monday night at the JPS meeting followed by a wonderful meal.
Borger High School students are enjoying their culinary classes and are learning valuable skills that will help them as they look for employment in the future.

Lake Meredith was beautiful on Sunday afternoon. Campers in tents, motor homes and fifth wheels could be seen at the picnic area overlooking the lake.
Gateway students dress up early for St. Patrick's Day at Gateway School in Borger.
Clovis and Bart Boren have generously donated signs to the BISD Althetic Department, which will be put at the entrance to various sport facilities. The signs remind the fans to be supportive during the activities.
The Hutchinson County Sheriff's Department received a donation of $2,500 from Alan Jones. The donaiton was made possible by a grant awarded to Jones by The America's Farmers Grow Communities Program.
Area weather spotters received training from the National Weather Service on May 5.
Everyone enjoyed the Altrusa Craft Show at the Aluminum Dome on Saturday and Sunday. Painting at one booth was a big hit with the kids.
Borger Youth Advisory Council Members attended the Borger City Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 3. They told the Council about their recent trip to Austin and thanked the Council for all their help.
