Truck driver charged in accident that resulted death of three Borger residents

The truck driver involved in the accident that caused the death of three Borger citizens in Amarillo has been charged. Michael Blaine Kirk, 22, of Hereford was booked into the Potter Co. Detention Center for three counts of accident causing injury or death.
