The Sanford-Fritch ISD board of trustees is seeking to fill a vacancy.
Jim McClellan, SFISD Superintendent, said that due to a vacancy on the SFISD board of trustees, the board will be appointing a member of the community to fill the open seat.
“The board would like to encourage anyone who lives within the boundaries of the SFISD and would like to be considered for this appointed position to write or type a letter, no longer than one page, expressing your desire to become a member of the Sanford-Fritch ISD Board of Trustees,” he said.
Wal-Mart of Borger is doing its part to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network this year, and has two fundraisers planned in the coming weeks to help make that happen.
The first annual Wal-Mart/Children’s Miracle Network First Annual “Throw For the Kids” Disc Golf Challenge will be held at the Johnson Park Youth Center, 1201 Bulldog Boulevard. The challenge will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012.
