When it comes to the Borger Police Department and other local agencies in the area, they rely heavily on the communications department to keep them informed.
The communications section of the BPD is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, according to the 2010 annual report submitted to the City of Borger by the BPD.
The department provides radio and phone communications 911 assistance, pre-arrival medical help and dispatch services for all emergency services within Hutchinson County.

What if every morning after waking up, you had to inspect your body to make sure everything was properly working? What if you were forced to live with one of the most expensive diseases that would cost you close or well over $70,000 each year?
This is what a MS patient has to live through every day of their life. Because of these hurting people local citizens will be walking toward a world free of MS on Saturday, April 30, at Crockett Elementary School.
