Consuelo Mary Triana, 68, of Borger, passed away Friday, August 23, 2013 in Amarillo.
Consuelo M. Triana was born April 16, 1945 in Raymondville, TX. To Celestino and Angela (Bustamante) Luna. She married Felix Triana in Laredo, TX. And was a homemaker.
Mrs. Triana is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters: Suesanna Martinez and Goya Hernandez, and a brother Joe Luna.
Crockett Elementary 3rd & 4th graders are ready for another year of school.
Timothy Jack Hutton, 64, an area resident for 31 years, passed away Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, at his home after a short battle with cancer.

Nancy Lou Winters, 84, died Friday, August 23, 2013.

Jimmy Norris - June 6, 1945 - August 21, 2013
Jimmy Norris left to be with the Lord on August 21, 2013. He passed peacefully in his home on Wednesday afternoon. He will be loved and missed by many, not only for the lives he touched but the many memories made.
Erica Allen, Director of Cosmetology, was lost Friday night in an accident on the Pampa Highway.
Just a reminder that when an emergency vehicle is coming up behind you moving at a high rate of speed and lights flashing, please do the courteous thing and pull over to the side of the road. I had a lady in the lane next to me that could have slowed down and pulled over but instead she stopped in the middle of the road, the sheriff's officer barely had enough room to pass between us.
J B Watkins, of Borger, died Tuesday, August 20, at his home in Dallas. Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Borger with Rev. Archie Echols, retired Pastor of Lubbock officiating. Burial will be at Westlawn Memorial Park in the Garden of Prayer under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Family and friend visitation will be Friday, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Jerry Alan James, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2013 in Borger, Texas. He was born February 14th, 1949 in Durant, Oklahoma. Jerry graduated from Borger High School in 1969. He married Jackie Florer on October 19, 1993. Jerry was baptized in a non-denominational Christian church as a young man and believed that God had a purpose for him.
He found that purpose in the Texas Army Reserve National Guard as an Infantryman and junior NCO, which he proudly told everyone, he was a â€śgrunt.â€ť
