The Amarillo Police Department and the Potter County Sheriff's Office have released the arrest photo of Michael Blaine Kirk, the 22yr old man allegedly responsible for an accident that left three prominent Borger residents dead and one hospitalized.
Kirk was driving a white flatbed Mack truck that struck the Lincoln Towncar occupied by David Dacus, his wife Cheryl Dacus, and Cheryl's parents Charles E. and Vonnie Williamson Washburn. Cheryl Dacus and her parents were killed in the accident.
The truck driver involved in the accident that caused the death of three Borger citizens in Amarillo has been charged. Michael Blaine Kirk, 22, of Hereford was booked into the Potter Co. Detention Center for three counts of accident causing injury or death.
