Adriana Lisa Perez, 31, of Pampa, is being held at Gray County Jail and is under investigation for capital murder for the slaying of Leslie Heredia Perez, 23, of Shamrock, formerly of Borger, who was found dead in her home Monday evening.
According to Sr. Trooper Daniel Hawthorne of the Texas Department of Public Safety, authorities received an emergency call about an injured person at 7:28 p.m. Monday. When authories arrived, they found Heredia Perez deceased and they became aware that her 2-week old daughter, Abcde Perez, was missing.
Marshal Guy (Bud) Anderson went home to be with the Lord on 23 December 2013 at 0752 AM.
Born February 20 1923. He died in a veterans nursing home in Florence Colorado. He was 90 years old.
Marshal married Betty Lemon in 1946 and just had their 67th anniversary.
He moved to Borger Texas in 1936 and worked for Phillips Petroleum, Continental Oil, and retired from Texas Oil & Gas in 1986. He worked in the Oil field for 55 years.
He is survived by his wife Betty Anderson, two sons David and Don Anderson, 8 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
Leslie Heredia Perez, 23, passed away Monday, December 23, 2013 in Shamrock.
Funeral service will be 2 pm Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Grace Church. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
She is survived by her husband, Juan Perez; daugher, Abcde Nicole Perez both of Shamrock; father, Alfonso Heredia; mother, Ana Rodriquez of Shamrock; brothers, Alfonso Heredia, Jr. of Pampa, Julio Heredia of Borger; sisters, Nily Heredia of Lubbock, Erika Heredia of Monahans; and several uncles and aunts.
The lone survivor of an Aug. 12 car crash that killed five â€śTexasâ€ť musical drama employees has dropped his lawsuit against the partyâ€™s host and the foundation that produces the show.
In a document filed in 108th District Court, cast member Timothy Johnson abandoned his lawsuit accusing Batson, his cattle company and the foundation of negligence in their roles as hosts of a party at the Coldwater Ranch in Sherman County celebrating the end of the 2013 season. Authorities have said alcohol was a factor in the deadly crash.
Carlos Escobar Sr. 77, of Borger died Saturday
December 21st in Borger. Funeral services will be 2:00
pm Thursday, December 26th at Grace Church. Burial
will be at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under

Carlos was born September 4, 1936 in Mexico to
Francisco and Delores Hernandez Escobar. He married
Lorenza Ortiz in Mexico. He worked in construction
and lived here for 28 years.
