C L “Bob” Neeley, 97, died at home
Wednesday Dec. 11th, 2013.
Memorial services will be at 2 pm Monday
Dec 16 at First Baptist Church Sanford with
Rev. Larry Brock officiating. Burial will be in
Westlawn Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements
are by Brown Funeral Directors Borger, Tx.
Bob was born Oct. 15, 1916 in Oblong, Illinois
to Hershel and Ida Neeley. He moved
to Borger as a young boy and had been a resident of Sanford since 1931. He married
Vera Kilgore May 13, 1951. Bob retired in 1981 from Panhandle Producing Company

Charles “Chuck” Paul Key

Charles “Chuck” Paul Key, 57,
passed away Friday, December 13, 2013.
A memorial service will be held 11 am Tuesday,
December 17, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Sanford.
Cremation is under the direction of Minton
Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Chuck was born September 30, 1956 in El Paso.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Jerry
Don Key.
Survivors include his father, Charles Key and his wife, Phyllis of Sanford; mother, Barbara
Toliver of Texas City; brothers, Randy Key of Texas City, Kurtis Kunce and his wife, Kathy of

Florene Ethel Vann

Florene Ethel Vann, 92, passed
away Friday, December 13, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30
am Thursday, December 19, 2013 in the
Minton Memorial Chapel under the direction
of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of
Borger.
Florene was born February 23, 1921 in
Bristow, Oklahoma to Joseph and Loudean
Eldredge. She was a long time resident of
Hutchinson County living in Stinnett, Borger,
Spring Creek and Fritch. Florene had been a Baptist for many years. Florene was
a member of the Red Hat Society and Tops Club. She was a loving mother, grandmother,

Lloyd Lavon West

Lloyd Lavon West, 82, of Borger,
passed away Saturday December 14, 2013.
Loyd West was born October 11, 1931 in
Holdenville, Oklahoma to Lloyd Fulton West
and Iren Flyn.
He married Etta Mae Smith December 15,
1951 in Borger, TX.
Mr. West is preceded in death by his
wife Etta Mae; a daughter, Linda; Steve; three
brothers Ted, Homer and Doyle West; and one
sister, Verna Knott.
Survivors include one son, Mark West of
Borger TX; three grandchildren: Steven West,
Michelle West and Sabrina Davis and two Great-grandchildren.

Mark Stewart

Mark Stewart, 60 of Borger died
Sunday December 15th in Borger. Funeral
services will be 2:00 pm Thursday December
19th at Minton Memorial Chapel with Pastor
Billy Vinson of Canadian River Cowboy
Church officiating. Burial will be at Westlawn
Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction
of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of
Borger.
Mark was born July 31, 1953 in Wichita
Falls, Texas. He was a draftsman and carpenter in California. He moved to Borger 15
years ago and worked for the city of Borger in the parks and recreation. He loved to
fish, hunt and stamp collecting.
