Charles "Bryan" Tracy, 45, died Sunday, March 25, 2012, in Borger.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Grace Fellowship Church with Pastor Les Sharp of Faith Covenant Church officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
West Texas High freshman Cade Guinn #15 heads to first base after putting the ball in play. On Monday evening, the West Texas High Comanches defeated Boys Ranch 8-5 in District 6-1A play. The Comanches are now 2-0 in district play and will next travel to Shamrock on Saturday.

West Texas High's Lady Comanches welcomed the Lady Tigers from McLean Monday afternoon and sent them home with their tail between their legs in a 29-6 "mercy rule" game in four innings. Erin Summers pitched all four innings for WT and had four strike outs, walked four, allowed three earned runs, and she also had an RBI. Devin DeLapp had a stellar game at the plate. She needed just a double to hit for the cycle. DeLapp had an inside the park home run, a triple, a base hit, a base on balls, and eight RBI's.

The cost is $25 for participants who register by April 13. Race Day Registration is $30.
The Hutchinson County burn ban has been lifted for the time being, allowing residents to burn their trash freely.
On Monday, March 26, 2012, Commissioners met at the County Courthouse to discuss with Hutchinson County Fire Marshal Danny Richards whether to consider or approve continuing or rescinding the Countyâ€™s burn ban.
