Bushland tops Sanford-Fritch in district basketball

On Friday night, the Sanford-Fritch Eagles met for the second time against a tough Bushland team. Quick and good shooting helped the Falcons pull ahead early. Sanford-Fritch stayed fairly close in matchup in the first quarter only trailing 14-6. The constant run-n-gun offense of the Falcons was tough to manage when Sanford-Fritch shots wouldn’t fall. Bushland began to then develop a big lead by halftime 29-8.
