The 2015 football season is just around the corner, and the Borger football program will begin their two-a-days practices this upcoming Monday at the Bulldog Stadium. Look for pictures and other information next week in the sports section.
A few events are coming up on the horizon for locals in Hutchinson County. A special meeting of the Hutchinson County Commissioners will be held this Thursday at 3:00 p.m. in Stinnett's Courthouse. The meeting will decide the immediate future of Borger's library, and whether or not it will be reopened for service. Locals who wish to attend and offer their opinions are encouraged to sign their names for public comment at the start of the meeting.
